Utah Rotary Youth Foundation

The purpose of the Foundation is to provide humanitarian service projects; provide youth programs including programs to foster leadership in high school students, humanitarian service in high school and college, and to conduct and promote community service projects; as well as distribute funds to other organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Code. The Foundation may establish scholarships to contribute to the furtherance of academic excellence. The Foundation may also directly conduct other religious, charitable, scientific, testing for public safety, literary,educational and prevention of cruelty to children or animal activities. The Foundation may conduct such activities to qualify as an operating foundation or a public charity.
