Grants of up to $2,000 to Weber County, Utah nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and educational institutions to support arts, cultural, and recreational resources for local residents. Programs must promote economic vitality and benefit to Weber County residents.

About the Weber County RAMP Program:
-Receives one penny for every $10.00 purchase
-Funds new and existing facilities for recreation, arts, museums, and parks
-Funds qualified cultural organizations and events
-Benefits all Weber County residents
-Enhances quality of life in Weber County and promotes economic vitality

RAMP Funds have been used to fund such projects as:
-Playing Fields
-Walking, biking, equestrian and cross-country trails
-Neighborhood parks and pathways
-Swimming pools and aquatic centers
-Community recreation centers
-Multi-cultural and arts festivals
-Dance, theatre and music activities and performances
-Literary outreach programs
-Publicly owned tennis, basketball and skating facilities

Grant Category and Classification:

Indicate which category and classification your RAMP application applies to.
1. Parks and Recreation (Your classification must be for a Recreational Facility)
2. Arts and Museums (Your classification will be for either a Cultural Facility or Organization)

EZ Grant applications are for requests of $2,000 or less.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Applicant Status:

Nonprofit: If you are applying as a nonprofit organization, please provide documentation such as a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS or State Registration stating your nonprofit status.

Government: Municipal or County entities seeking funds under the Arts or Museum category must have a cultural council with the primary purpose of promoting the advancement and preservation of history, natural history, art, music, theater or dance.

Educational: An educational institution or affiliate, whose annual revenues are directly derived more than fifty percent from state funds, is not eligible for RAMP funds.
